Delivery information

Where we deliver
We currently serve workplaces in Lagos. We manually confirm your address and delivery arrangements with you before dispatch. Enter a complete street or building address, area and Lagos, with a reachable phone number. Payment confirms an order, not delivery coverage or an agreed arrival time. If we cannot deliver and no alternative is agreed, we will refund the undelivered items. For locations outside Lagos or unusual access requirements, contact us before paying.
Your delivery dates
The main checkout lets you choose a dated seven-day delivery window and quantities for Monday to Friday. Only the deliveries shown in that window are charged; there is no automatic renewal. Your confirmation records the dated schedule. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
Receiving the order
Provide a complete address, reachable telephone number and any reception or building-access instructions. Arrange someone to receive and check perishable items. If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you about next steps. Any additional charge or rescheduled arrangement must be disclosed and agreed rather than silently added.
Packaging and storage
Fruit-only orders arrive in carton boxes. Purchased displays include the wooden stand and an initial seasonal fruit supply; later refills are separate orders. Inspect the order on arrival, move it away from heat and direct sun, and follow product storage instructions. Refrigerate milk and other chilled products promptly. Do not consume items that appear unsafe.
Delays or missing deliveries
Contact admin@officefruits.ng or +2347080770160 with your reference if your order is late or missing. We will investigate and confirm a revised delivery or another appropriate remedy. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will arrange a refund for the affected undelivered items.
