Your order
Check the products, portions, quantities, delivery address and dated delivery schedule before paying. Your confirmation contains the saved order reference and selections. Contact admin@officefruits.ng promptly if anything is incorrect. Product photographs are illustrative; seasonal contents can vary. Specific brands and dietary requirements must be confirmed before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Nigerian naira. The final checkout total is calculated from the selected products and quantities on the server. The payment shown covers only the deliveries or display items listed in that order. It is an upfront payment, not permission for automatic renewal or recurring debits. Any separately agreed corporate arrangement must be confirmed in writing.
Availability and substitutions
Fruit varies with season and availability. If a material part of your order cannot be supplied, we will contact you about a suitable alternative or refund for the unavailable item. We will not assume acceptance of a materially different product. Please tell us about allergies or specific requirements before ordering; we cannot promise an allergen-free packing environment.
Packaging and displays
Fruit-only orders arrive in carton boxes. A purchased Table, Floor or XXL display includes the wooden stand and an initial seasonal fruit supply. Further fruit refills are ordered and paid for separately. A fruit-only purchase does not include a wooden stand simply because one appears in a photograph.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us with your order reference as soon as you need to change or cancel. We will confirm what can still be changed before packing or dispatch. Do not assume a change is accepted until we confirm it. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will arrange a replacement delivery or an appropriate refund.
Delivery and problems
Our delivery and returns policies explain how we handle access issues, damaged fruit, shortages and refunds. Keep the order reference and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
