OfficeFruits provides office fruit and related workplace products in Lagos, Nigeria. For privacy questions, access requests or corrections, email admin@officefruits.ng. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing personal information.
Information we use
When you enquire or order, we use the contact, company, delivery address, order selections and messages you provide. We keep payment references and payment status. Card details are entered on Paystack, not stored by this website. Avoid sending sensitive personal information in enquiry messages.
Why we use it
We use your information to answer requests, prepare and deliver orders, confirm payments, resolve problems and protect the service from abuse. These uses support your requested transaction, our operational security and applicable obligations. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers
Paystack processes payments and receives the order reference, product quantities, delivery dates, company, delivery address and contact phone so we can fulfil paid orders from its transaction dashboard. Enquiries are sent to our business mailbox through the configured email provider. Paystack handles payment notifications. Upperlink provides hosting, and an encrypted order storage provider supports checkout. Google address services may receive a delivery address to verify it. Providers may process information outside Nigeria; we assess the safeguards appropriate to those transfers. Delivery staff receive the information needed to fulfil your order.
Cookies and analytics
Essential encrypted cookies keep checkout details and payment access available to your browser. They are necessary for checkout and are not advertising cookies. Optional Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics load only if you accept analytics. You can change that choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. We store your preference in your browser.
Retention and security
Website checkout details normally expire after one hour and payment-access cookies after one day. Pending payment orders are retained for up to 30 days; paid-order application records for up to 365 days. Enquiries go directly to our mailbox; this website does not retain a separate enquiry database copy. Email correspondence and legally required business records may need different retention periods. Access is restricted and application order records are encrypted. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, object to or restrict certain processing, request deletion or portability where applicable, and withdraw optional analytics consent. Some records must be retained to complete an order, resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations. You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.
