We select and pack
Fruit is checked and packed in sturdy carton boxes. Wooden displays are separate purchases, not part of a standard fruit order.

We deliver
Your saved order contains the delivery address and dated schedule. Keep someone available to receive the fruit and tell us about any access instructions.

Your team enjoys
Check the order on arrival, store it away from heat and direct sunlight, and refrigerate products that need chilling.

We help if something is wrong
Contact us with your order reference about damaged, missing or incorrect items. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
